OPENING AN ACCOUNT
Please send an email to pinkcatstudio@gmail.com and indicate what type of retail establishment you have and include your resale license number (if applicable) with your inquiry. Also please send your website address if you have one.

A link to the wholesale catalogue will be sent to you when you have met the requirements outlined above.

PAYMENT METHODS

* Visa or Mastercard - your invoice will be prepared and your card billed in Canadian dollars

MINIMUM ORDERS
There is a $100 minimum first order amount and a $50 minimum re-order amount.

SELLING RESTRICTIONS
It is not acceptable to sell the stamps on Ebay or any type of auction site.

SHIPPING
Shipping charges will be the actual shipping cost as calculated by Canada Post.

In Canada
We ship using Business Expedited Parcel. Insurance is included with your price quote. We will send you a shipping quote when you submit your order.

To the USA
We ship Expedited Parcel USA. The rates are very reasonable.

For oversea orders
There are several options available depending on how fast you would like your package delivered.
When your order is recieved a shipping quote will be sent to you giving you several options.

DUTIES & TAXES
Deliveries to countries other than Canada may be subject to duties & taxes by the customs department of your country. Consult your local post office or import/export department for more information. You are responsible for paying these duties & taxes if they apply.

GUARANTY & RETURN POLICY
All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Products which are defective and within the guaranty period will be replaced. Contact me to let me know which item(s) was defective/damaged and I will replace it at no further cost to you.
